Welcoming Gina to the Schedule!

Due to undergoing the latest round of laser treatment, Gina F will be covering the 10am "Wake Up

with Yoga" class Saturday 7/29/23. Please take the opportunity to meet and greet Gina as you join her in a wonderful practice to start your day ! Welcome her onto the schedule teaching "Serenity Yoga" with Gina 4:30pm Wednesdays, Beginner level to Moderate, followed by essential oils and sound bowls to help deepen the benefits of yoga.
