Saturday Yoga is at 10:15am

With a slight time adjustment, yoga on Saturday will now be at 10:15am.
YHY at the VFW is a small program that is coming to be about 3 years old since July 2023 offering classes Baptiste Power Yoga based. It is recommended to have some experience in yoga but we do teach all levels.
Where flexibility not only in yoga is encouraged but also to bear with us with occasional changes in schedule and limited availability.
Your support and patience means so much!
On that note, This Saturday at 10:15am yoga will be hosted with the choice of in doors or outdoors depending on the weather.
