Here we offer resources for the base practice of strong alignment, key cues in instruction and most importantly safe yoga. Sometimes life throws some hurdles and our option to stay consistent is to keep up with our practice at home.
Starting yoga from a clean slate can be a little overwhelming too which is why we would like to offer some choices to build and learn from.
Don't be afraid to try as much as you need, pause & rest and challenge yourself to a healthy edge wherever you are in your practice.

20 min Power Yoga
Join Baron just for 20 minute of self-help, a quick session or intro to your practice.


45 min Power Yoga
Take your practice to a moderate level.
By adding a little more time or feeling stronger in your practice join Baron for 45 min of challenging yourself.
60 Min Power Yoga
Beginner or advanced levels of
yoga.
This 60 min class is a good reminder of holding strong alignment as well as challenging yourself for a full 60 min of standard yoga.
