We are proceeding with this morning’s 10am!

Thanks to a few people signed up ahead of time....

See you at 10am for some gentle vinyasa to start off your day on the right or left foot! Whichever is the best foot.....

Beginning class with a grounded meditation that slowly introduces the body into movement and flow. Closing in Savasana with legs elevated to help promote blood flow to the brain to compliment your morning routine. ;)
